Discovery & Planning

15-30min discovery call (free) – confirm goals, pages, language, reference sites, deadline.
Start trigger = sign Statement of Work (SOW) + 50% deposit (invoice).
Definition of Ready (DoR) – the 10-day clock starts when we receive: 1) Deposit, 2) Logo/brand colors, 3) Final site map (or our template approved), 4) Assets: all necessary images, videos and texts, or approval to use templates/stock.
If client decides to start, an optional review call should be scheduled at this time. Review can also be made by Loom or Email.

Content and wireframe

What we do:

Draft Page Plan (list of pages and section) (called sitemap) and wireframe (layout draft per page).
Prepare copy templates and propose section headlines.

What we need from you:

Approve site map & wireframe.
Provide copy/images within 48 h (or confirm "use templates & stock").

Construction and performance

What we do:

Build the full site, technical SEO (titles/meta, canonical, OG/Twitter, hreflang if needed, JSON-LD), analytics (Umami or Google Analytics), form with captcha, WhatsApp and Calendly buttons (optional), consent-ready for EU (optional). Multilanguage (optional) - up to 3 languages included.
Optimize for mobile 90+ (Lighthouse), responsive, accessibility basics.

Deliverables:

Mobile speed test (Lighthouse) snapshot.

Review and QA

What we do:

Cross-device/browser tests; fix defects if there is any.
Apply one optional revision round (≤2 h) for small text/style tweaks.
(Optional) 20-min review call (if scheduled at the beginning) to close pending items.

What we need from you:

Your consolidated feedback in case there are specifics to modify (an email/Doc or a Loom) within ≤48h from when we pass you the preview.

Policies:

Defects (bugs/our errors) don't count in the 2 h.
Structural or new changes (e.g., new sections) = extra request, which must be treated separately from the agreed budget.
Structural or extra changes = Change Request (see below).

Launch and handover

What we do:

Preview is shown.
Final payment (50%) before launch (we show you the result in preview).
Publication (on domain and DNS on hosting).
Handover pack: short video (5–8 min) "how to edit/use", PDF guide, access and export.
30-day support for questions and correction of defects of what's included.

Policies & Details

Payments

50% when signing the Statement of Work (SOW) (start) · 50% before launch. Methods: card/transfer/Wise. If there are payment delays, work is paused.

Revisions

Includes 1 round (up to 2h) after preview, focused on text and visual details. More revisions: €99/h or closed price per item.

Communication

1 contact person. Typical responses 24–48h. Calls: 15-30min discovery (free) and 20-min review (optional).

Assets

Delivery within 48h after start. If not ready, we continue with templates + stock to meet deadlines; content changes later may count in revision/extra. Images: JPG/WEBP/AVIF ≥1600px and <300 KB; main image ≤140 KB (speed). Videos (if essential): 720p, ≤5 MB, no autoplay on mobile. Rights: you guarantee usage rights of your images; if we buy paid stock, we notify and charge back (with client approval).

Extra Requests

Examples: adding pages/sections, second language, integrations not contemplated, long copy. See add-ons section in pricing for details. We will tell you cost and impact on deadline; we start when you approve.

Guarantees

Deadline: 10 business days from when the Ready-to-start checklist is complete and with your approvals/feedback on time. If we fail due to our cause, 15% discount (never happened so far). Performance: We optimize your website for fast loading on mobile devices, ensuring an excellent user experience and better search engine rankings.

Landing Express — 1 page (72 hours)

A single page with 3–5 sections (Hero · Benefits · Trust/Reviews · Contact/Map), 1 form, WhatsApp/Calendly, basic tracking.

Discovery & Statement of Work (SOW) — 15-30min call to confirm goals, reference sites, content needs. Fixed quote + signed SOW within 24h. 50% deposit to start. Definition of Ready: deposit + logo/brand colors + content brief (or approval for templates/stock).

Content & Development — Set up responsive layout based on brief, optimize provided images (or select templates/stock), implement contact form with validation, add CTAs and basic tracking (Google Analytics). Test on multiple devices.

Client Review

Client Review — Preview link sent for review. Client provides feedback within 48h. We make micro text adjustments, final optimizations, and prepare for launch. Maximum 30 minutes of changes included.

Go Live & Handover

Go Live & Handover — Domain connection and DNS setup, publication to live server, 3-min tutorial video, credentials handover (hosting, analytics). 50% final payment before go-live + 7 days post-launch support.
