This Cookies Policy explains how and when we use cookies and similar technologies on our Website and how you can manage your choices. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

Summary: We use cookieless analytics by default (Umami). Any non‑essential cookies (e.g., for embedded scheduling or advertising/conversion tags) are only activated after your consent via our cookie banner/settings. You can change your preferences at any time using Cookie Settings in the footer.

1) What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. They can be first‑party (set by this site) or third‑party (set by another domain, e.g., an embedded service).

Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, SDKs, and server‑side identifiers that can have similar purposes (e.g., remembering choices, measuring events).

2) Categories we use

We group technologies into these categories. Only Strictly necessary are used without consent.

  • Strictly necessary (no consent): required to make the site work (e.g., your consent choice, load balancing, security).
  • Functional (consent): enhance features (e.g., embedded Calendly scheduler, map widgets).
  • Analytics (consent): measure usage and performance. We use Umami in cookieless mode by default.
  • Advertising & conversions (consent): measure ad performance or retargeting (e.g., Google Ads tag), used only if we run campaigns and you consent.

3) What we set today

We aim to avoid cookies wherever possible. As of the date above, the Website behaves as follows:

A. Strictly necessary

NamePartyPurposeTypical duration

Note: our analytics (Umami) runs without cookies by default.

B. Functional (only if you consent and we embed the tool)

C. Analytics (only if you consent to a cookie‑based tool)

By default we use Umami (cookieless) → no cookies. If in the future we add cookie‑based analytics, those cookies will appear here and in the banner.

D. Advertising & conversions (only if you consent and only when we run ads)

Example providerExample cookiesPurposeTypical duration
Google Ads / gtag_gcl_au, othersMeasure ad conversions and audiences.90 days–2 years
Microsoft Advertising_uetsid, _uetvidConversion tracking and audiences.1 day–1 year

We do not run behavioural advertising by default. If we start campaigns, tags are loaded only after consent.

4) Managing your choices

  • Cookie Settings: You can accept, reject, or customize categories anytime via the “Cookie Settings” link in our footer.
  • Withdraw consent: Changing a toggle to “Off” withdraws consent for that category on this device/browser.
  • Browser controls: You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may impair basic functions.
  • Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt‑out from non‑essential cookies.

5) International transfers & third‑party providers

Some providers (e.g., Calendly, Google) are located outside the EEA/UK. Where they set cookies or process related data, transfers rely on mechanisms like Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and provider safeguards. See each provider’s privacy/cookies policy for details.

6) Data retention

Cookie lifetimes are shown above or in the banner. We keep consent records for as long as required to demonstrate compliance and for a short period thereafter. Analytics data in Umami is pseudonymous and does not use cookies by default.

7) Updates to this Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in technologies, providers, or law. The latest version and date are posted at the top. Material changes will be notified where appropriate.
